WA is a seasonal Japanese confection gift box service operated by
Honoka Tsuchida, delivering curated boxes of artisan Japanese
sweets four times a year.
WAは、土田ほのかが運営する季節の和菓子ギフトボックスサービスであり、
年4回、日本各地の職人が手がける和菓子の詰め合わせをお届けします。
2. Orders / ご注文について
– All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
すべてのご注文は、商品の在庫状況および当社の承諾を条件とします。
– Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
価格はUSDで表示されており、予告なく変更される場合があります。
– We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
当社は、当社の判断によりご注文をお断り、またはキャンセルする権利を有します。
3. Payment / お支払い
Payments are processed securely through Credit Card.
お支払いは、クレジットカードを通じて安全に処理されます。
4. Shipping & Delivery / 配送について
– International customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes.
海外のお客様は、関税および輸入時の税金をご負担いただきます。
– Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
配送時間は、配送先および税関手続きにより異なる場合があります。
5. Returns & Refunds / 返品・返金について
Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns
unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
食品という性質上、商品に破損または誤配送があった場合を除き、
返品はお受けできません。

商品到着後3 日以内に、wa.japan.co@gmail.comまでご連絡ください。
