How long does delivery take?
WA boxes are shipped only four times a year, once each season. Your delivery date depends on when you place your order:
- Orders placed by March 15 arrive during April (Spring box)
- Orders placed by June 15 arrive during July (Summer box)
- Orders placed by September 15 arrive during October (Autumn box)
- Orders placed by December 15 arrive during January (Winter box)
Orders placed after a deadline will be included in the next season’s box.
WAのボックスは、季節ごとに年4回のみお届けしています。お届け時期はご注文のタイミングによって異なります。
・3月15日までのご注文 → 4月中にお届け（春のボックス）
・6月15日までのご注文 → 7月中にお届け（夏のボックス）
・9月15日までのご注文 → 10月中にお届け（秋のボックス）
・12月15日までのご注文 → 1月中にお届け（冬のボックス）
締切を過ぎたご注文は、次の季節のボックスでお届けします。
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to the following countries and regions:
- Asia: Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea
- Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Greece, Malta
- North America: United States
- Oceania: Australia
Shipping fees vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country, and these are the responsibility of the recipient.
If your country is not listed, please contact us — we may be able to add it in the future.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
ご注文後24時間以内であれば変更・キャンセルが可能です。
Can I send a box directly to someone as a gift?
Yes. You can enter a different shipping address at checkout, and we will deliver the box directly to your recipient.
Please note that we are unable to include message cards at this time.

What’s inside the box?
Each box contains 5–10 traditional Japanese sweets, selected from regional confectioners across Japan to reflect the season.
The contents change every season and every year — for example, a pumpkin-shaped manju from Toyama or a chestnut yokan from Kyoto.
1箱に5〜10個の和菓子が入っています。全国各地のお菓子屋さんから、季節に合わせて選んでいます。
内容は季節や年によって変わります（例：富山県のかぼちゃの形をした饅頭、京都府の和栗の羊羹など）。
How long do the sweets stay fresh?
Please enjoy the sweets within 1–2 weeks of delivery. Store them in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
お届けから1〜2週間以内にお召し上がりください。直射日光や高温を避け、冷暗所で保管してください。
Do the sweets contain allergens?
Yes. Our sweets commonly contain wheat, eggs, and dairy, and other allergens may be present depending on the season’s selection.
We are currently unable to offer vegan or gluten-free options, but we plan to in the future.

Is the box gift-wrapped?
Yes. Every box is wrapped in traditional Japanese washi paper at no extra cost — no need to request it.
